Born on the 20th May 1964, Rotimi Oyewole started his early education in Islington, London and later proceeded to Nigeria for his secondary education at the Federal Government in Lagos. Rotimi’s entrepreneurial ability became evident quite early with the setting up of two substantial farming projects in the Lagos, Nigeria. All these were implemented whilst studying geography at the University of Lagos.
Following his first degree and a thriving agro business, Rotimi decided to up his game by enrolling at the West Thames University London for a Masters degree in Information Technology and Management. Armed with a solid academic background and substantial business experience, he spotted a niche in the area of logistics and freight forwarding for both Nigerians in the UK and home based Nigerians thus setting up Rowsy International Ltd On the 17th May 2004.
The company launched off as an organised freight forwarding & logistics business and has over the past twelve years become one of the most successfully owned black logistics company in Europe. The company recently acquired a one million pounds building in the Hounslow area of London that now serves as its Global headquarters. In 2006, Rowsy International LLC (Dubai) and Rowsy International (Nigeria) were established, forming Rowsy Worldwide.
A highly creative and inovative minded Rotimi introduced the Nigeria Express mail , a next day courier servcie in 2008 from London to Lagos, PHC and Abuja and in 2012 his company launched the next day service from Dubai to Lagos, PHC and Abuja.
For Rotimi, it’s not all about business, he has a great burden for service to humanity and this is demonstrated by his various initiatives such as the:

– Formation of Federal Government College, Ijanikin Old Student Association in 1988
– Formation and leadership of Leo club, Ejigbo, Osun State in 1989
– Establishment of Rowsy Foundation in 2010 (a charity that has been running for the last 5 years.) in Northern Nigeria (Jos) and Southern Nigeria (Oyo/Osun)

Outside of Work, Rotimi is an active member of the church and was ordained a deacon in the RCCG London in 2006. Married for 22 years to his best friend and business partner Florence Siyan; He is blessed with three wonderful children.
