Oluwayemisi Jenkins MBE a Civil Servant with over 20 years strategic and operational experience is a graduate of General and Applied Psychology from University of Jos and also the immediate past president, Association of British Nigerian Law Enforcement officers, otherwise known as (ABLE)
Armed with a list of firsts, Oluwayemisi is the brain behind the British-Nigerian Safeguarding Consortium and the current Chair; Amongst others, She presently holds the position as Global Coordinator for Friends of Eti-Oni- A registered UK Charity promoting Nigerian Cocoa and raising awareness on the plight of cocoa farmers in Nigerian and Africa. She is a founding member and Board Member of African Security Forum and also the Vice Chair of British Africans in Government (BIG) a body she was instrumental in registering as a registered UK Civil Service Network.
Oluwayemisi is currently the National Community Engagement Lead for Nigeria in the Home Office Immigration Enforcement, she is a trained Mental First Aider Trainer and a vulnerability champion in the Home Office.
Yemisi enjoys mentoring young African men and ladies and she promotes wellbeing for both.
