Founder / MD Sochitel Group – International Remittance Platforms

Jerry Ejikeme started his early career as a lawyer but soon found his niche in the telecoms industry. In 2007 Jerry founded Nomiworld Ltd in Nigeria and Sochitel UK Ltd to focus on the international remittances.
Today Sochitel enables digital transfers to over 300 Network operators through a channel of 400,000 (plus) retail outlets and partners across the US, Canada, UK, Europe and Africa – www.sochitel.com and www.overseastopup.com. In July 2016, MFS Africa a Pan-African fintech company acquired a majority stake in Sochitel.
Together they have created the world’s largest African focused digital remittance/payment platform with over 120 Million active wallets.
Jerry is a committed Christian and speaks at events around the world. He is also involved in working with and mentoring youth in his community. Jerry is a keen golfer and sport enthusiast. He is happily married to Isabelle and they have four wonderful children.
